1.Q:Are you Apple MFi certified factory？
    A:Yes,our factory‘s MFi No. is 255907.

2.Q:Can I get samples?
    A:Sure. We can send the samples for free, but customer should pay for the freight cost.

3.Q: How can I get samples?
   A:We usually send samples by DHL, FEDEX,UPS and TNT. If you have carrier account, it will be fine to ship with your account; if not, you can pay the freight charge to our PayPal, we will ship with our account. It takes about 2~4 working days to reach you, subject where you are.

4.Q:Do you offer customized packaging? 
   A:Yes! All of our products can be packed as your special request.

5.Q:Can I get a discount?
   A:Yes, more quantity, more discount.

   A:MOQ is 1000 PCS.

6.Q:What's the warranty of the products?

  A:If quality itself problem,we will offer 1 years' warranty.

7.Q:What payment terms you could accept?

   A:We could accept T/T by Bank,Paypal,Western Union etc.

8.Q:What's the lead time?

   A:Depends on the quantity,as usual,7-10 days.

9.Q:Do you join in USB IF?

   A:Yes,we become a member of USB IF in April,2016.
